All subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing to PhysiologicPRISM, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final.
Understanding Our Policy
PhysiologicPRISM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides immediate access to cloud-based tools, AI-powered features, and data storage upon subscription. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access provided, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid.
Why No Refunds?
As a SaaS platform, we provide:
- Immediate Access: You gain instant access to all features upon subscription
- Continuous Service: Cloud infrastructure, data storage, and AI processing are provided in real-time
- Consumable Resources: AI credits, server resources, and storage are consumed as you use the service
- Intellectual Property: Access to proprietary algorithms, frameworks, and clinical tools
Once these digital services are delivered and resources consumed, they cannot be "returned" like physical products.
Free Trial Available
We encourage all potential subscribers to take advantage of our 14-day free trial before committing to a paid subscription:

- ✓ Access to core features with limited usage
- ✓ Test the platform with up to 10 patients and 25 AI calls
- ✓ Evaluate if the service meets your needs before purchasing
💡 Important: We strongly recommend using the free trial to thoroughly evaluate our platform before subscribing to a paid plan.
What Happens When I Subscribe?
When you subscribe to any paid plan:
- Payment is processed immediately
- You receive instant access to all plan features
- Your billing cycle begins (monthly or annual)
- Server resources, AI credits, and storage are allocated to your account
- All fees become non-refundable
No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
- ❌ Change of mind after purchase
- ❌ Failure to use the service
- ❌ Dissatisfaction with features
- ❌ Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, browser compatibility, etc.)
- ❌ Business closure or changes in your practice
- ❌ Cancellation mid-cycle
- ❌ Duplicate payments (please contact support immediately)
- ❌ Unused AI credits at the end of billing period
- ❌ Misunderstanding of features or pricing
Cancellation vs. Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but:
- Cancellation does NOT entitle you to a refund
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
- Prepaid subscriptions (annual plans) are non-refundable even if canceled early
Subscription Management
Monthly Subscriptions
- Billed monthly in advance
- Automatically renews unless canceled
- Access continues until the end of the paid month
- No pro-rated refunds for partial months
Annual Subscriptions
- Billed annually in advance (with discount)
- Automatically renews unless canceled
- Access continues for the full paid year
- No refunds if canceled mid-year
Your Responsibility
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you:
- Have read and understood our pricing plans
- Have tested the service using the free trial (if applicable)
- Understand that all payments are final and non-refundable
- Are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before renewal if you wish to stop service
- Accept the risks associated with purchasing digital services
Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is strictly no refunds, we may consider exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion:
- Technical errors resulting in double billing (account credit may be issued)
- Service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours (service credits may be issued)
- Fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation)
Note: Any exceptions are provided as account credits for future use, not cash refunds.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 15 days of the charge:

Include the following information:
- Transaction date and amount
- Payment reference/receipt number
- Detailed explanation of the issue
We will investigate all disputes within 7 business days and respond with our findings.
