PhysiologicPRISM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely online. No physical goods are sold or shipped. There are no shipping charges, no courier or postal delivery, and no delivery address is collected.

When You Receive Access

• Access to your plan is activated on your account immediately after your payment is successfully confirmed.
• You sign in at physiologicprism.com with the account you used to subscribe. Nothing needs to be downloaded or installed.
• The features, patient limits and AI Documentation Assists included in your plan are available as soon as the plan is active.

If You Cannot Access Your Plan

If your payment went through but your plan does not appear active, first sign out and sign in again. If the problem continues, email us with your account email and payment reference and we will fix it or investigate:
